General Info

The following individuals should be brought and present at the marriage:

​

1. The Groom

2. The Guardian, or Wali

3. Two (2) Witnesses

​

The Wali should get permission from the bride to conduct the marriage on her behalf in the presence of (any) two witnesses. 

The bride's dowry, or mahr, should be decided prior to the marriage.
